Villa Natalia is located inside "Baia dei 7 Emiri" residence, in the beautiful "Mazzaforno" district and featuring private access to a stunning sandy beach.
Villa Natalia offers large and comfortable outdoor spaces: a big garden, covered patio with a relaxing zone and an open dining area furnished with table, chairs and barbecue.
Inside, the villa is split among three levels:
-Ground floor: large and bright living room, sicilian styled kitchen and bathroom with shower.
-First floor: double bedroom with bathroom
-Basement floor: double bedroom with bathroom and shower ensuite, two triple bedrooms (double bed + single bed each) and a bathroom with tub and washing room.
The residence also offers free access to two swimming pools (one for adults and one for children), open from July 1st until September 15th.
